We are seeking a hands-on Marketing / Product Manager to support the development and execution of commercial growth strategies and product-related initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience (ideally in dental or medical), who’s ready to take ownership of key projects, work cross-functionally, and grow into a leadership role over time.
The role is Swiss-based but requires frequent collaboration with our US-based team and customer base, including travel, as well as the opportunity to relocate to the US in 1-2 years. You’ll work closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer and U.S.-based team to drive marketing, sales and customer success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and execute sales and marketing programs and projects.
- →Create compelling product content and documentation.
- →Drive lead generation, customer segmentation, value proposition, and positioning.
- →Analyze and summarize customer feedback, providing structured input to R&D and Clinical teams.
- →Develop a strong understanding of product functionality and clinical applications.
- →Assist in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
- →Build relationships with customers, key accounts, and KOLs.
- →Coordinate second-level support.
- →Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus)
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales in MedTech, healhcare or technology. Experience in customer-facing roles, such as key account management or sales, is a plus
- Outstanding Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with key stakeholders, KOLs, and cross-functional teams. Native knowledge of American English or previous US working experience are a big plus.
- Organization & Tech Proficiency: Self-starter adept at prioritizing tasks, utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and working with general IT tools (Microsoft 365)
- Travel Readiness: Comfortable travelling to the US for 20%+
