About the Role
~2 min readWe're looking for a Founding Head of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up, setting the strategy and rolling up their sleeves to bring it to life. Reporting to and working directly with the CEO, this person will translate what we've built, what we believe, and where we're going into a compelling narrative that resonates with our market and builds momentum with clients and experts alike.
You'll own the full arc from strategy to execution: defining our messaging and positioning, building the assets and content that bring our story to life, developing the playbooks and campaigns that amplify it, and continuously learning from the market to sharpen our approach. As our first senior marketing leader, you'll establish not only what we say and how we go to market, but the foundation for how the marketing function operates and scales as the company grows.
The right person has been an early marketer at a high-growth, early-stage company and knows what it means to wear many hats. You're looking for a role where you can have an outsized impact on the trajectory of the business, and you're energized by the chance to build a new function from a blank slate and shape how it evolves as the company grows.
