Responsibilities

→8+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS
→4+ years in marketing analytics: campaign performance, demand gen, field marketing, and ABM measurement
→4+ years in paid media analytics across ad platforms, web analytics, and Salesforce
→4+ years in web analytics focused on demand generation, engagement, and intent modeling
→Track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisions
→Experience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing models

Deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement
Data storytelling: communicate complex insights to executives and influence decisions
Strong grasp of martech infrastructure: database management, data hygiene, API integrations (ad platforms, CRM, analytics tools, data warehouse)
Expert-level Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, Excel
Statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
Proven ability to influence and guide the work of others without formal management authority

Nice to Have

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:

$132,000—$182,000 USD
