Senior Staff/Staff Engineer - Fiat Payment Infrastructure

As the company moves toward a "QA-less" model, quality ownership is shifting left to the engineering teams. We are looking for an Engineering Productivity expert who can take a holistic view across quality, efficiency, and infrastructure — deeply integrating AI capabilities to build and operationalize an engineering-productivity system tailored to our business scenarios, ensuring business engineering teams deliver efficiently and with high quality.

• →Design and optimize a quality-assurance system and metrics framework covering the full lifecycle — requirements, coding, testing, release, and production — for engineering organizations without dedicated QA.
• →Build and ship AI-driven capabilities on top of our AI infrastructure, including test generation, code review, targeted regression testing, fault diagnosis, and risk prediction, embedding them deeply into engineering workflows.
• →Identify bottlenecks in delivery efficiency and quality, establish productivity metrics and improvement mechanisms, and use engineering + AI methods to continuously shorten delivery cycles and reduce the cost of quality.
• →Build and evolve engineering infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines, test-environment governance, automated testing and productivity platforms, tooling) to provide a unified engineering foundation for shift-left quality.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with several years of hands-on backend development (for quality-engineering / SDET backgrounds, real development experience is required); proven success leading a quality/efficiency initiative from 0 to 1 with quantifiable results is a plus.
• Expertise in Java and its ecosystem (Spring, microservices, middleware) or one or more other mainstream backend languages (Go, C++, Rust, etc.), with the hands-on ability to independently design and build business systems; familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (K8s), and test-environment governance.
• Practical AI engineering experience: familiar with AI agent application development (e.g., prompt engineering, tool orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, harness / loop engineering) and applying it to testing or engineering-productivity scenarios.
• Familiarity with payments/financial business (acquiring, channels, clearing & settlement, etc.), and an understanding of the strict correctness and consistency requirements of money-handling systems.
• Distinctive insight and standout contributions in the quality/productivity space (systems building, open-source tools, platform products, patents, or technical talks all count).
• Strong cross-team influence and technical leadership.

• Familiarity with blockchain business and AI Infra.
• Solid practical written and spoken English: able to handle occasional day-to-day written and verbal communication in English (cross-timezone collaboration, English documentation writing and review).
