• →Provide support to management and production in day-to-day operations through troubleshooting equipment, quality, and safety concerns.
• →Review project objectives and design, develop, and implement process and equipment modifications to meet operational needs.
• →Support process improvements, equipment modifications, and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance with OBE standards and documentation requirements.
• →Work closely with contractors, vendors, maintenance, engineering, and production teams to facilitate project execution and successful implementation.
• →Analyze process and machine performance data to improve process stability, equipment reliability, and uptime.
• →Assist with projects involving process controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, compressors, capital improvements, and root-cause-driven corrective actions.
