About the Role
~1 min readAs Motion & Content Production Lead, you'll be the studio's production engine. You'll combine strong traditional motion and editing craft with Pencil and other generative AI tools — including AI video generation, AI voice and narration, and synthetic presenters where appropriate — to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality.
Alongside motion, you'll produce template-based static assets: sales collateral, banners, email and web components, presentations, and event signage. As the year progresses, you'll take on Pencil administration and the template library, becoming central to how the studio runs day to day.
The studio is built around three complementary roles:
- Content Strategist & AI Copy Lead — shapes the story; owns positioning, messaging, campaign narratives, and intake prioritisation.
- Motion & Content Production Lead (you) — brings the story to life through video, motion, AI-assisted production, and template-based design.
- Creative Ops & Design Systems Lead — sets up Pencil, builds templates, and trains the team to run independently.
