  • Apply and advocate platform best practice, guiding colleagues so content suits each channel, format and audience.
  • Support the development and delivery of influencer, creator and brand ambassador campaigns in line with the strategy.
  • Use generative AI and other emerging tools responsibly to support ideation, content development and workflow efficiency.

Reporting and analytics

  • Define KPIs and benchmarks, track delivery against annual content and social media KPIs, and prepare regular reports on results, trends, successes, risks and opportunities.
  • Analyse performance using platform analytics, social listening and audience insight, and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Test and refine content formats, messaging, publishing approaches and engagement activity.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to plan, prioritise and deliver against competing deadlines.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience presenting ideas, plans, strategies or performance reports, and developing or applying tone-of-voice and social guidelines.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

  • Experience supporting influencer, creator or brand ambassador activity.
  • Experience creating content in Canva.
  • Advanced use of Gen AI tools relevant to social content to improve creative output and efficiency.
