✓Draft fixture layouts for new store locations.

✓Draft fixture layouts for existing store locations, remodels, and department resets.

✓Generate purchase orders for any type of project as needed (new store, remodel, reset, store level requests).

✓Maintain an organized data base system for all orders, layouts and requests processed.

✓Maintain vendor relationships with fixture and supply vendors.

✓Effectively meet project deadlines.

✓Provide direction and delegation for Team Leaders and store opening teams on various project work.

✓Assist the Store Opening Coordinator team with any questions or concerns as they arise concerning new store set up.

✓Provide communication and direction for new store and existing store projects.

✓Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting organizational deadlines.

✓Partner with district, regional and executive leaders to review plans and store layouts.

✓Communicate and present project plans to Associates and leaders within the organization.

✓Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

✓Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment.

✓Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Mail Outlook, etc.).

✓Working knowledge or basic exposure to CAD design software

✓Ability to develop a knowledge of Ollie’s department structure, flow, set- up and size allocation needs in relation to each store’s unique physical layout.

✓Ability to comprehend and accurately complete all documentation.

✓Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

✓Ability to complete tasks in a reasonable time frame.

✓Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.

✓Duties may frequently involve the use of ladders, stairs, and other equipment.

✓Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

✓Ability to travel, sometimes overnight travel will be required with extended stays.

✓Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.

✓Occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
