• →Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins
• →Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures
• →Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
• →Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal)
• →Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
• →Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints
• →Wash and treat surfaces
• →Remove mildew
• →Sand and adhere finishes
• →Complete various work orders as needed
• →Calculate required materials and estimate costs

• Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM
• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required

Initial pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $X - $X/per hour 

Eligible team members receive monthly bonuses!
