By working in close collaboration with our affiliate companies – Kinesso and Yune – we create exceptional, tailored marketing campaigns that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.

We are looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to manage programmatic strategy, campaign planning, performance analysis, and client consultancy across programmatic campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in programmatic advertising, whether they are building their strategic knowledge or already managing client relationships and campaign oversight independently.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, activation specialists, and media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, achieve performance objectives, and provide valuable insights and recommendations for future activity.

Responsibilities

  • →Manage the development of programmatic media recommendations aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
  • →Work with activation specialists to translate media plans into effective campaign executions.
  • →Advise on audience strategies, inventory approaches, media allocations, and targeting methodologies.
  • →Ensure media plans and campaign approaches align with business goals and market opportunities.
  • →Support the development of testing frameworks and strategic optimisation roadmaps.
  • →Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, data solutions, and platform innovations.

  • Oversee campaign performance and delivery through collaboration with campaign activation teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicator s and identify opportunities to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and optimisation recommendations based on campaign results.
  • Escalate delivery risks, performance concerns, and implementation challenges where necessary.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standards and in line with agreed objectives.

  • Supervise campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key learnings to inform future activity.
  • Present performance updates and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate campaign success against business objectives and KPIs.

 

  • Act as a trusted programmatic advisor for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Comms Design, activation specialists, creative agencies, and client teams.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, media partners, and internal teams.
  • Support client discussions regarding campaign performance, innovation opportunities, and future planning.

  • Monitor campaign spend and pacing to ensure delivery aligns with approved budgets.
  • Identify potential delivery risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, including media plans, budgets, timelines, and performance records.
  • Support campaign forecasting, reconciliation, and operational processes.
  • Ensure effective coordination between planning, activation, reporting, and client teams.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, campaign management, consultancy, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, digital advertising, and campaign optimisation principles.
  • Experience working alongside DSPs, ad servers, or digital advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, measurement frameworks, media formats, and advertising technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • With preference in agency, publisher, ad tech, or digital media experience.
