About the Role

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.

Responsibilities

→Analyse client and project profitability, monitoring margins and identifying risks and opportunities
→Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals
→Lead revenue and margin forecasting, as well as variance analysis
→Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes
→Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making
→Provide financial guidance on pricing, contracts, and project structures
→Support month-end close, reporting, and ensure data accuracy
→Coordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting topics (AP, AR, etc.)
→Develop and improve financial reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
→Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives

4–6 years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling)
Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
Advanced Excel skills
Comfortable working with data and financial modelling
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in project-based environments is a plus
Fluent in English
