BUSINESS CONTROLLER - MISS MARY OF SWEDEN

Miss Mary of Sweden, a manufacturer of high-quality, well-fitting women’s lingerie, was founded in 1957 and has in recent years transformed into a modern international e-commerce company. We have offices in Borås, Sweden, and Tallinn, Estonia, and our products are sold in more than 18 countries.

We are now strengthening our Finance function and are looking for a Business Controller who can turn numbers into valuable business insights and act as a true business partner to the leadership team on Miss Mary’s continued growth journey.

  A relevant academic degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field, combined with 3–6 years of experience in controlling, FP&A or another business-facing finance role.

  A structured, driven and analytical mindset, with a genuine interest in the business and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational detail.

  A strong focus on delivery and a high level of ownership. You take responsibility for your tasks and see them through from start to finish with commitment and determination.

  Strong Excel skills and excellent analytical capabilities, together with experience using BI tools and ERP systems. Experience in finance process automation or digitalisation is a plus.

  The ability to communicate financial insights and conclusions clearly and confidently, and to explain complex financial matters to a broad range of stakeholders, both within and outside the Finance function.

  Full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. As Miss Mary is an international company, this is essential.

  Experience from consumer goods, retail or e-commerce would be a strong advantage.

We operate a hybrid working model, with an expectation of three days per week at our head office in Borås.
