Application Specialist - Digital Health (f/m/d)

You will be responsible for optimizing our applications, supporting users, and driving continuous improvements to create efficient, reliable, and future-ready digital solutions.

• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application operations.
• Act as the key interface between business teams and IT to deliver effective application solutions.
• Configure, customize, and continuously optimize applications to support business processes.
• Manage application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Train users and maintain clear documentation to enable efficient application usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on projects and continuous improvements.
• Monitor application performance and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in application management, application support, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including its stakeholders and market dynamics.
• Solid understanding of databases and APIs
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• Collaborative team player with strong networking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
