Senior Quality Engineer - Test Automation Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Quality Engineer - Test Automation Lead to drive quality engineering across iOS, Android, APIs, and backend services. This role is responsible for automation strategy, test framework development, CI/CD quality integration, and technical leadership while partnering with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.

• →Define and execute mobile and backend test automation strategy.
• →Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for iOS, Android, and APIs.
• →Build and manage CI/CD-integrated test automation pipelines and quality gates.
• →Lead performance, reliability, and release-readiness testing initiatives.
• →Mentor QA Engineers and SDETs through technical guidance and code reviews.
• →Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to improve product quality and delivery.

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development and/or test automation.
• 3+ years of experience in a senior or technical leadership role.

• Swift, SwiftUI, XCTest, and Xcode.
• Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Compose UI Testing, and Android Studio.
• JUnit 4 and JUnit 5.
• Understanding of mobile application signing, packaging, and command-line deployment.

• Experience testing APIs and backend services.
• Working knowledge of Java and Spring/Spring Boot.

• GitLab CI and YAML pipeline configuration.
• Bash/shell scripting.
• Linux, Docker, and CI/CD automation.
• AWS experience preferred.
• BrowserStack experience is a plus.

• Strong programming and automation framework design skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
