Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Flexible Schedule

Join a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in beautiful Missoula, Montana. Kidzoola Therapy Center is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, manageable productivity expectations, and a collaborative pediatric team.

New grads are welcome to apply. We offer mentorship and clinical support as you transition into pediatric practice.

• Therapist-owned and therapist-led pediatric clinic
• Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Montana, or ability to obtain licensure
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete
• A clinician who enjoys creative problem-solving, play-based therapy, and collaborating with children, families, and teammates

Bonus, but not required: Training or interest in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, sensory integration, or other pediatric specialty areas.

• Conduct pediatric OT evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, play-based pediatric therapy
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teammates
• Complete documentation clearly and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
