Marfields Group is developing St. Regis Residences Limassol, a luxury branded development in Cyprus valued at around €400 million. The project covers two buildings with approximately 250 residences and premium offices, and is at its earliest stage, before excavation.

Design was previously outsourced to consultancies. Because St. Regis buyers require extensive customisation of their apartments (finishes, FF&E, layouts), Marfields Group is now building an in-house design team to manage these changes from the ground up.

The Head of Design builds and leads the in-house design team and owns the design of St. Regis Residences Limassol, including buyer customisations.
