Our client is looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to join their fully remote, high-performance consulting agency. Founded by Amazon entrepreneurs who successfully built and exited two 8-figure brands, the agency helps Amazon FBA sellers scale profitably using a proven Done-With-You (DWY) model.
This is not a traditional account manager role where you passively execute tasks. You will sit directly on the strategic side: analyzing complex $10M+ brand accounts, building growth roadmaps, troubleshooting catalog issues, and leading clients through high-impact execution. You advise on strategy, track P&L performance, and guide brand owners via weekly strategy calls and daily Slack support.
What We Offer
~1 min readYou are a high-performing Amazon expert who has managed large-scale FBA Private Label accounts ($10M+ annual revenue) and knows how to optimize both top-line growth and bottom-line margin. You’ve launched dozens of products, navigated algorithm updates, built custom PPC structures, and solved high-stakes catalog suspensions or listing issues under pressure.
You combine deep technical knowledge of Seller Central with strong client-facing leadership. You don’t hide behind email threads; you speak directly with founders, break down complex data into actionable steps, and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
3+ years of commercial Amazon FBA experience directly managing Private Label brands generating a minimum of $10M in annual revenue.
Amazon PPC Expertise: Direct hands-on experience managing and optimizing ad budgets of at least $50,000+/month.
Organic Ranking Mastery: Advanced skills in keyword research, product launches, search frequency rank (SFR) drivers, and algorithm mechanics.
Logistics & Financial Literacy: Strong grasp of COGS, FBA fees, inventory forecasting, unit economics, and full P&L optimization.
Catalog Troubleshooting Pro: Proven track record diagnosing and resolving complex Amazon issues (suppressions, merge issues, flat files, brand registry errors).
Communication & Project Management: Exceptional verbal and written English fluency, high empathy, and a client-first, proactive attitude.
