Our client is an established, profitable fintech operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional payments. It runs a consumer on/off-ramp platform and a fast-growing B2B infrastructure business: APIs and white-label solutions that let exchanges, neobanks, PSPs, wallets and other platforms embed regulated crypto and fiat services. The company is authorised under MiCA and PSD2 in the EU and is expanding its licence footprint, including new e-money authorisations. The culture is owner-led, high-ownership and low-bureaucracy: decisions are made quickly and close to the founders.
About the Role
~1 min readThis is a hands-on Treasury Manager role in the Finance & Treasury team, reporting to the Head of Treasury. Money moves every day across dozens of bank accounts, payment providers, acquirers, exchange venues and wallets, in several currencies and jurisdictions. Your job is to make sure it is in the right place, in the right amount, at the right time, and that the company can prove it to an auditor or a regulator.
You will take full ownership of operational payments, build regular cash and crypto reporting for Finance leadership, and get safeguarding reconciliation ready for the company’s upcoming e-money licences. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership: you will not just run existing processes, you will help redesign them.
