- Specialisation in Mat Pilates and/or Reformer Pilates, as required by the centre.
- Previous experience working as a Pilates Instructor in a wellness centre, fitness studio, gym, or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, posture, movement patterns, and exercise modifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Ability to motivate clients and deliver personalised, professional sessions.
- Strong understanding of exercise safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business requirements.
- Relevant UAE professional approvals or permits, where applicable to the role and facility.
- Pilates instruction and exercise programming
