Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with proven experience managing a luxury/premium clinic or healthcare practice.
DHA license/eligibility is preferred, where applicable to the candidate's professional background.
Strong experience in clinic operations, team leadership, VIP patient relations, and service excellence.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Polished and professional presentation with the ability to engage confidently with high-profile and discerning clientele.
Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of patient retention and practice performance.
Available to join preferably by December.
