Your Mission
Play a key role in connecting the systems and data flows that keep the business running. You will build, enhance, and support integrations on the Jitterbit Harmony platform, delivering scalable and production-ready solutions, enable trusted data exchange across the enterprise, and support reliable data flows into the data warehouse.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will turn defined requirements into robust technical solutions with strong error handling, clear monitoring, and solid documentation. Your work will help ensure that integrations and ETL processes are secure, supportable, and reliable over time.
What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve Jitterbit Harmony integrations, including APIs, data transformations, and process automation, based on defined requirements and technical designs.
- Ensure integrations are production-ready through proper logging, error handling, retries and notifications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues end-to-end, including connectivity, authentication, data mapping, runtime behavior, and data quality. Perform root cause analysis, implement fixes in a timely manner, and document preventive actions.
- Support Jitterbit runtime operations with a focus on Private Agents, including agent groups, routing, and high availability behavior.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and support procedures for integrations.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Ensure integrations follow security, governance, and best practice standards.
- Proactively identify integration risk areas such as fragile mappings, unclear ownership, missing monitoring, or performance bottlenecks, and propose practical improvements aligned with platform capabilities.
What You Bring
- at least 2 years of hands-on experience developing, supporting and deploying integrations in Jitterbit Harmony or a comparable iPaaS platform.
- Work with Design Studio and ideally also Cloud Studio.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong integration fundamentals, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication concepts, ETL, batch integrations, real-time integration design.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data models and experience with SQL.
- Available to work on-site in Noida or willingness to relocate.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Managed Azure SQL, including building and maintaining aggregation views and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Jitterbit agent architecture, especially Private Agents, agent groups, and high availability concepts.
- Experience working in an agile framework and associated Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge about different database paradigms beyond traditional RDBMS, such as columnar databases (e.g., ClickHouse), time-series databases, or document stores, and when to apply them for analytics or high-volume data workloads.
- Experience integrating heterogeneous data sources, including analytical databases like ClickHouse, into enterprise integration workflows for reporting, observability, or cross-system data synchronization.
- Familiarity with data mesh principles, including domain-oriented data ownership, data as a product, self-serve data infrastructure, and federated computational governance.
