Please note: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse. A company van will be provided during your shift to complete job duties. At Veo, we’re redefining urban mobility through shared electric bikes and scooters. Our operations team plays a critical role in keeping our fleet safe, charged, and ready for riders—helping create more sustainable and accessible communities.
Veo is seeking reliable and motivated Operations Professionals to support daily fleet operations. In this role, E-Scooter Delivery Drivers will locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs.
This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying on the move, and solving problems independently.
The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working with their hands, staying active throughout their shift, and contributing to efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Follow instructions in the company mobile app to complete assigned tasks
- →Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries
- →Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
- →Perform basic repairs and quality checks
- →Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters
- →Complete additional operational tasks as assigned
Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Comfortable driving a company van
- Smartphone savvy and comfortable using mobile applications
- Ability to lift and move scooters up to 60 lbs without assistance
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
