Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Client Support: Provide respectful and professional support to clients, helping them achieve crisis stabilization goals.
- →Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety of clients, staff, and community members.
- →Community Connection: Liaise with community resources for comprehensive client support.
- →Group Facilitation: Lead recreational and therapeutic activities.
- →Medication Administration: Administer medications per CRMA guidelines.
- →Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely client service records.
- →Residential Support: Provide a comfortable and welcoming home-like environment.
- →Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and development.
