We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support core operational workflows across client onboarding, billing coordination, contract administration, and internal systems support.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth client experiences, accurate operational processes, and strong internal organization. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams while maintaining professional communication with clients. This is a client-facing role requiring strong written English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support end-to-end client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions
- →Coordinate billing workflows, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking
- →Assist with contract preparation, organization, and documentation management
- →Maintain and update CRM systems and internal operational tools
- →Monitor workflows and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- →Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- →Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- →Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across systems
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
- Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
- Experience with CRM and operational tools preferred
- Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (Zapier, Make, n8n)

- 100% Remote
- Must be available during US business hours
