Quick Summary
About Finergi Finergi builds payment and technology services for utility payments across Africa. In Zambia,
Finergi builds payment and technology services for utility payments across Africa. In Zambia, we run a technology platform for the sale and distribution of prepaid electricity tokens through mobile money and other channels, and provide the platform, integration and settlement services behind licensed payment partners and mobile money operators.
Our platform is hosted in-country and connects to the utility, mobile operators and banks. We're building a regulated payment business in Zambia, and we're looking for the people who will make it run.
About the Role
~1 min read
You'll be responsible for the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of our financial records, regulatory returns, tax filings and reconciliations in Zambia — making sure we meet our obligations to the Bank of Zambia, the Zambia Revenue Authority, our auditors and our partners.
It's a hands-on, detail-driven role in a high-volume, pre-funded business: the daily float and settlement reconciliations matter as much as the annual accounts. You'll work within a delegated authority framework set by Group, which leads on strategy, budgets, pricing, funding and treasury.
You'll report to Group Finance, with a direct line to the Board of Finergi Solutions Limited on regulatory and governance matters.
