  Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and secure solutions.

  Apply AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and address customers' needs -> AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow — coding, debugging, code review, and DevOps. We expect senior engineers to use these tools effectively, judge their output critically, and help shape how the team applies them.

  Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across various projects.

  Apply AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and address customers' needs.

  Document system designs, technical solutions, and project specifications.

• From 3 - 5 years of professional experience in backend development.

• Knowledge of PHP and Symfony framework.

• Experience with MySQL database management.

• Passion for coding and clean, readable code.

• Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Fluency in Slovene and English (written and verbal).

• Great teamwork skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Familiarity with open-source platforms like Magento2, Pimcore, and Shopware.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, CSS, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools.
