At Optiweb, a Technical Project Manager is the person who makes complex projects actually land. You sit between ambitious clients and a sharp internal team of developers, designers, and architects, and your job is to make sure neither side loses. Projects span custom web projects, e-commerce platforms, PIM systems, and everything in between, built for some of Slovenia's most recognized brands and international clients like Harvey Norman, Corsair, Mass, Intersport, Iglu Sport, Inotherm, Big Bang, Kras, etc.
This is not a coordination role. It requires technical credibility, business understanding, and the kind of ownership that makes clients come back, not just once, but for years.
We expect our PM to be AI native. This doesn't mean knowing every tool. It means defaulting to AI as part of how you work. Writing specs, preparing documentation, researching client industries, summarizing meetings, drafting proposals, these should all happen with AI as a natural part of the workflow, not as an afterthought. At Optiweb, AI is already part of how our entire team operates, and we expect the same from anyone joining us in this role.
