Responsibilities

→Lead the day-to-day operations of the International Moving division.
→Manage the complete international relocation process, from planning and packing to storage, transportation, customs coordination, and final delivery.
→Develop tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements, selecting the most appropriate transportation methods (air, ocean, or ground).
→Apply knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, cargo insurance, customs warehouses, and shipping documentation to ensure efficient operations.
→Negotiate with domestic and international clients, logistics providers, carriers, and other strategic partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
100% bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proven experience in international logistics, relocation services, freight forwarding, or international moving operations.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international transportation (air, ocean, and ground), cargo insurance, customs procedures, and import/export logistics.
Excellent negotiation, customer service, and relationship management skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
US. Visa required.
