Complete equipment records, forms, and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation and revision of equipment-related SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
Support inspection readiness activities by maintaining organized and compliant records.
Associate degree in a scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
0 to 2 years of experience supporting laboratory equipment, instrumentation, maintenance, calibration, or related technical activities in a regulated environment.
Ability to wear cleanroom gowning and meet requirements of controlled and classified manufacturing spaces.
Basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation and equipment operation.
Ability to follow written procedures and accurately complete documentation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to identify equipment issues and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.
Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, engineering, biotechnology, or related scientific discipline.
Experience in GMP, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or cell therapy environments.
Experience supporting equipment calibration, maintenance, or qualification activities.
Familiarity with electronic systems, computerized equipment, and GMP documentation practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn new equipment and technologies.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position while reviewing records or working in a cleanroom environment
Must comply with gowning requirements (no cosmetics, jewelry, etc.) and disclose any shedding skin conditions
May need to ascend/descend stairs and walk through classified spaces during routine walkthroughs
Highly detail-oriented with strong commitment to data integrity and documentation accuracy
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to take initiative and provide support beyond defined responsibilities

The anticipated annual salary range for this job is based on prior experience in the role/industry, education, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. For remote-based positions, this range may vary based on your local market. Full-time employment positions will also be eligible to receive pre-IPO equity and annual bonus, in addition to competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, 401(k) plan, life and accidental death and disability coverage, and parental leave benefits.
