We are looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join exciting, large-scale AI and Machine Learning projects at Türkiye's leading airline, contributing to innovative, data-driven solutions that shape the future of aviation.✈️

• →Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning models for real-world business challenges.
• →Work on Customer Segmentation, Recommendation Systems, and Revenue/Demand Forecasting projects.
• →Process and analyze large-scale datasets using Apache Spark / PySpark.
• →Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• →Develop production-ready ML code and support model monitoring and automated retraining processes.
• →Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to integrate ML models into existing environments.

• Strong proficiency in Python and Traditional Machine Learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark / PySpark.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
• Solid knowledge of Classification, Regression, Clustering, and predictive modeling.
• Practical experience in Customer Segmentation, Recommendation Systems, or Forecasting.
• Experience developing and preparing ML models for production environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

• Experience with Spark MLlib.
• Familiarity with OpenShift or container-based environments.

Knowledge of S3, Apache Iceberg, or Feature Store architectures.
