~1 min readAs our Customer Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
- →Answer multiple phones
- →Greet and assist walk‑in customers
- →Process payments
- →Schedule conference rooms
- →Route mail for all building tenants
- →Maintain agency phone lists, coordinate inter‑agency mail
- →Sort, open, date‑stamp, and route incoming mail
- →Order and manage office supplies
- →Prepare documents for scanning
This is a non-Hybrid position requiring in office work 5 days a week. The role involves regular computer use, including viewing a monitor and sitting for extended periods of time to complete daily tasks. The position may operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing demands and requires the ability to manage several tasks at once, sometimes under the pressure of high-priority deadlines. The employee may experience occasional exposure to hostile or upset individuals while performing customer service or program support duties.
The role requires lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds, such as office files, boxes, or program materials, as part of routine work activities.
Requirements

One year of general clerical experience which included typing, word processing, or other generation of documents; OR
An equivalent combination of training and experience.
