Product Manager

Orfium is seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for a specific product or feature set, driving its development from conception through to launch and beyond. You will have a direct impact on our products and will be instrumental in delivering value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product management methodologies and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

• →Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
• →Conduct in-depth market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• →Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
• →Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• →Provide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• →Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. 
• →Track and report on key product metrics and OKRs.
• →Analyze product performance and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve upon the product.
• →Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth of the product team.

• 2-5 years of experience in a product management role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Proficiency in English.

• Experience working in the music technology or rights management industry.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Experience in/understanding of ML/AI tools is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• An MBA or other advanced degree.
