~1 min readNo idea. Really. That’s what you sign up for. We can’t tell you now which roles you’ll do or which companies you’ll work for. It depends on timing, market, fit and your ambition.
But we do know this: You won’t start from scratch. Your previous roles, strengths and learning curve shape the assignments you take on and the responsibility you get. We build further on what you already know, and stretch you where there’s room to grow.
And we do this together with established organizations like Telenet, Atlas Copco, Pluxee, BNP Paribas Fortis and many more.
Each assignment adds a new layer: a different context, a broader scope, a new type of challenge. That’s how you grow faster, without repeating the same learning curve over and over again.
Soft skills development track
20+ days of training in stakeholder management, communication, influencing, … In short, the kind of skills that pay off on the long run.
A performance coach
Expect monthly sessions with a certified coach who’s focused on helping you grow. Did we already tell you this is a different person than your manager?
A peer group that keeps you sharp
You’re part of a close group of trainees who are at a similar point in their career. Ambitious, curious, and not afraid to reflect. You challenge each other by sharing experiences, choices and mistakes. Seeing how others approach the same situation pushes you to think differently and raise your own bar.
Clarity on what comes next
You’ll finish with career coaching and a better idea of who you are and what you want. You’ll know your strengths, what drives you, and what kind of impact you want to make. This experience gives you the confidence and direction to build a career that actually feels meaningful. And if we look to our alumni? Meaningful means different things to different people. A large group stays at a client they loved. Some stick around as management consultants. Others start their own company, or choose something totally different. There’s no one path. But we’re sure you’ll find yours.
A program sounds like something you do before your first job. We get it. But once you’ve been working for a year or two, your next move matters more. A wrong role or employer doesn’t just cost time. It sets you back.
