Registered Nurse Pain Management, Per Diem

As a Registered Nurse – Pain Management at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:

• →Coordinate all aspects of surgical cases between surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR support staff
• →Facilitate smooth patient flow and case turnover in the operating room
• →Manage assigned OR cases, ensuring efficiency and proactive communication around scheduling or procedural changes
• →Maintain accurate documentation and uphold OR safety protocols
• →Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in high-pressure situations while prioritizing patient care and comfort

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients
• Stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs quickly
• Are highly organized with strong time management skills
• Practice professionalism and discretion at all times

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN license in the State of Georgia (or eligible to obtain)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience
• Experience in critical care, telemetry, or emergency room settings is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Detail-oriented, independent, and team-focused
