You will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of the Engine Room and HVAC systems for the 2.2-million-square-foot CityPlex complex.

Responsibilities

→Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers, chillers, and auxiliary equipment.
→Monitor and regulate feed water quality, combustion air, and fuel efficiency.
→Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions to ensure 24/7 climate continuity for our tenants.
→Maintain precise logs and work with the Chief Engineer on energy conservation initiatives.

Requirements

License: Must possess a City of Tulsa First Class Stationary Engineer License (Unlimited preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar industrial or large-scale commercial capacity.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
