✓Plan practices that may be in-water or on dry-land, select appropriate drills based on age and ability

✓Collaborate with other Swim Coach(es) and/or Aquatics Management on workouts, swim meets, other events, etc.

Strong swimming background required
Individual must be dynamic, enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, personable and have the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, with good time management and great follow-up skills
Ability and desire to work independently and as a team member with the community, other coaches and other employees
Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented and commitment to Aquatics excellence
Ability to multi-task
1+ years of experience being an aquatic instructor/coach preferred
Current Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid Certified preferred
Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
