IT Training Program Analyst (ELTP) – Mainframe

• →During training, you will apply technical and business concepts through classroom instruction, case studies, and collaborative learning activities to build knowledge of Information Systems processes, tools, and methodologies.
• →You will analyze business and technical scenarios through field assignments, projects, and practical learning experiences to develop problem-solving skills and support business objectives.
• →ELTP participants must successfully complete required assessments, presentations, projects, and other program deliverables to demonstrate proficiency in program concepts and readiness for Information Systems career opportunities.
• →Upon completion, you will be a) assigned to a department where your skills will be put to use, b) expected to acquire additional knowledge and skills, and c) reclassified to the entry-level position appropriate for the area.
• →You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment which may require action and support outside of normal business areas.

To Qualify for this Position, You’ll Need

• →A bachelor’s degree in computer science or other IT job-related field obtained prior to July 1, 2027 OR an associate degree in computer science or other IT job-related field obtained prior to July 1, 2027 plus two years of job-related IT experience.
• →Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Ability to work well under close supervision and as part of a team.
• →Attention to detail.
• →Ability to complete assigned work in a timely manner.
• →Microsoft Office skills.

We Prefer that You Have

• →Demonstrated initiative in recent activities or studies related to technology.
• →IT internship experience.
