Bartender (Full and part time)

The Bartender is responsible for delivering an excellent bar service experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role includes preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, maintaining bar standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations while upholding the group’s service excellence and brand standards.

• →Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• →Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times.
• →Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards of the bar area.
• →Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company procedures.
• →Engage with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• →Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment.
• →Support bar setup and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking.
• →Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service operations.
• →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• →Promote menu items, specials, and upsell where appropriate.

• Already living in Malta
• Non-EU candidates must have Skills Pass Certificate
• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar Food & Beverage role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service is an advantage.
• Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic numeracy and cash handling skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
