Commis Chef

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our client's team. This is a full-time, permanent position, with an expected start date in approximately one month.

• →Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients.
• →Support both the breakfast operation and the rooftop kitchen on a full-time basis.
• →Follow established recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and quality.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
• →Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• →Assist with stock control and the proper storage of ingredients.
• →Work closely with senior chefs and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Culinary training is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
