→Guest Service & Response: Addressing maintenance requests from guests and staff promptly and professionally.
→Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all safety regulations are followed, inspecting for hazards, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
→Record Keeping: Documenting all repairs, work orders, and inspections
