Hotel Porter

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the premises, while also assisting guests, residents, or staff with various tasks as needed.

  Greet and assist guests, residents, or staff in a courteous manner

  Handle luggage, deliveries, or personal items as required

• →

  Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and presentable at all times

  Support housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed

• →

  Assist with setting up and clearing event or meeting spaces

• →

  Perform minor repairs or report larger maintenance issues

• →

  Monitor building access and report any suspicious activity

• →

  Respond promptly to requests for assistance or emergencies

• →

  Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Basic to intermediate English level (A2B1); other languages are a plus

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Physically fit and able to lift or carry items

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Experience in hotels, residential buildings, or healthcare facilities

• Basic maintenance or handyman skills

• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures

• Multilingual communication skills
