Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest.

• →Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
• →Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• →Clean and maintain public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas as required.
• →Ensure all rooms are prepared and presented to the highest standards before guest arrivals.
• →Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property to the relevant departments.
• →Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• →Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• →Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• →Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as required.
• →Work closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

• Residing in Malta
• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality is considered an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
