HVAC Technician

The Technician is responsible for providing after-sales technical support, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The role requires strong hands-on technical ability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

• →Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• →Identify and report maintenance risks and technical issues on equipment.
• →Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty-related services.
• →Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support when required.
• →Maintain accurate daily logs and records of maintenance activities.
• →Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• →Follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• →Assist customers with technical queries and provide professional support.
• →Carry out mechanical assembly of products when required.
• →Set up and install products at customer premises.
• →Support the team in delivering efficient and high-quality service.

• Previous experience in air conditioning, HVAC, or a similar technical field.
• Good knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Ability to communicate in English and Maltese, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
