Night Cleaner

Our client is a growing restaurant group in Malta, operating a collection of distinctive venues focused on quality Italian cuisine, warm hospitality, and memorable dining experiences.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Cleaner to join the team and ensure the restaurant is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the following day's operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, kitchen, back-of-house areas, and other designated spaces.

• →Clean and sanitise restaurant, kitchen, and back-of-house areas after service.
• →Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and ensure all areas are left clean and presentable.
• →Clean tables, chairs, counters, doors, windows, and other surfaces as required.
• →Clean and maintain toilets and staff areas.
• →Empty bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• →Clean kitchen floors and designated equipment and surfaces.
• →Replenish cleaning supplies and report when stock needs to be reordered.
• →Follow all cleaning, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
• →Report any maintenance issues, damages, or areas requiring attention.
• →Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and correctly.
• →Support the restaurant team with additional cleaning duties when required.

• Currently residing in Malta.
• Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Good understanding of cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable with a night-shift schedule.
• Flexible and willing to support the team when required.
• Basic communication skills in English.
