Sales Agent

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the company's products and services.

• →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered.
• →Sell available fares and process top-ups through the various sales outlets.
• →Promote and upsell specific products and services according to company objectives.
• →Handle cash, top-ups, and sales of travel cards accurately.
• →Complete end-of-shift sales reconciliation according to established procedures.
• →Maintain adequate stock levels of cards and other sales materials.
• →Prepare and submit accurate periodic reports when required.
• →Respond to customer queries in a professional and helpful manner.
• →Deliver a positive customer experience and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• →Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including the correct use and upkeep of the company uniform.
• →Identify opportunities for improving sales performance and customer service.
• →Carry out other duties related to the position as required by the operational needs of the business.

• Ordinary level of education in Mathematics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Maltese will be considered an advantage.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar position will be considered an advantage.
