Spa Receptionist

Our client is an award-winning spa and wellness company with a strong presence in Malta, offering premium treatments, spa experiences, and wellness packages. The role will be based at one of their spa locations in St Julian's.

The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for creating a warm and professional welcome for guests while managing reservations, enquiries, payments, and day-to-day reception activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in wellness and hospitality.

• → Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional and personalised service.
• → Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• → Handle reservations, appointments, telephone calls, emails, and guest enquiries.
• → Provide information about treatments, packages, facilities, and promotions.
• → Recommend suitable treatments and packages based on guests' needs.
• → Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• → Coordinate with therapists and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• → Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• → Maintain accurate guest and booking records.
• → Assist with promoting spa treatments, packages, memberships, and gift vouchers.
• → Ensure the reception and guest areas are clean, organised, and welcoming.
• → Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn booking systems.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Applicants must be residing in Malta.
