As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to successful placements.
- →Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database.
- →Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
- →Profile candidates by understanding their soft skills, personality traits, motivations, and strengths to ensure the right match for available opportunities.
- →Build and maintain talent pipelines across a variety of industries and roles.
- →Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to identify, assess, and match the best talent for available opportunities.
- →Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- →Provide candidates with interview preparation, guidance, and ongoing support.
- →Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- →Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates.
- →Stay up to date with recruitment trends, labour market insights, and sourcing strategies.
- Residing in Malta
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Fluent English is essential. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
