• →Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• →Unload trucks safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols.
• →Accurately document all inbound inventory through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP systems.
• →Stock received items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper placement for efficient order picking and packing.
• →Collaborate with the shipping and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and trade compliance requirements.
• →Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain precise stock levels.
• →Support packaging, order picking, and order fulfillment processes as needed to meet customer demands, including e-commerce orders.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping & receiving roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and MRP tools.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely.
• Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records of inbound shipments.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members across departments.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and packaging standards is a plus.
