✓Maintains global licensing SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Site

✓Continually stays up to date on general knowledge and familiarity of various state and federal laws applicable to licensing requirements.

✓Serves as the contact liaison for field management on licensing matters.

✓Works with Quality & Regulatory Compliance team to ensure compliance with all licensing requirements.

✓Assists in Bond and License requests, renewals and applications

✓Works with Finance and Expense Payables in preparing invoice requests

✓Assists in annual FDA Reporting requirements

✓Assists in trainings for field on Licensing

✓Ensures all paperwork of field Designated Representatives are up to date.

✓Assists in CA and FL Designated Representative tracking and continuing education requirements.

✓Assists in state board follow up on licensing matters.

✓Gathers appropriate licensing paperwork to assist in new applications and renewals.

✓In charge of monthly download of licenses to distribute to field.

✓May assist in research of regulations may assist with research on state pharmaceutical distribution and manufacturing laws and regulations

✓Assist in running product and customer reports as needed for applications.

✓Undergraduate Degree Preferred but not required

✓Five years of experience in related field

✓Experience with Microsoft Office
