✓Lead cross-functional analytics projects to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.

✓Design, build, and maintain scalable data models, automated reporting systems, and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI.

✓Develop and implement advanced data extraction techniques across diverse data environments, including cloud-based and on-premises systems.

✓Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control processes.

✓Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.

✓Manage and prioritize incoming data/reporting requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

✓Maintain comprehensive oversight of operational data assets and ensure alignment with business objectives.

✓Educate and empower business partners by providing training and guidance on data literacy, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies.

✓7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on business insight generation.

✓Minimum 5 years of experience in or adjacent to IT, with familiarity in standard processes and troubleshooting.

✓Proven expertise in advanced data mining and extraction techniques, including predictive analytics, data mapping, and integration across multiple systems.

✓Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries across multiple tables and data sources.

✓Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms.

✓Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.

✓Deep understanding of statistical analysis and business intelligence concepts, with a track record of converting data into strategic insights.

✓Experience in building and managing databases, dashboards, and reporting tools that inform business decisions.

✓Demonstrated success in applying analytics to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and other key business outcomes.

✓Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

✓Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
